This is a consumer foundation, based in Germany and dedicated to providing unbiased advice on all types of products. Their ratings have a tremendous influence on consumer purchases across Europe.

Test World

Based in Lapland, Finland, this independent organization specializes in winter tire and car testing under winter conditions.
